lol.......:o , I did enclose by attachment the breakdown of what was sent to me from Nemo to the FSCS and I am sure I did to the liquidators too.... I had done that when I emailed the claim form back to them.....:rolleyes:

Postie been received a letter form the FSA basically says what I already know FOS if not legal advice. yeah yeah yeah been there done it just need the t-shirt. Sorry at least they replied to me

Called my ememies today to ask how they are getting on with my complaint, they advised m still looking at it and that wait for it "they have lots of complaints in the que to deal with before mine".

Seems I'm not just one of a few after all
