Lots of people but sometimes can take time with having to go through the FOS though. Worth it in the end..:D .

    Definitely worth it!

I don't know if I've worked it out right but saw somewhere mentioned that you can add 8% interest on, so it's 8% on the monthly repayments of £9.95? So that would be around £600?

yes I'm fine thanks and yes been very busy - but see you've all been coping without me !!!
Tiggrae, have you seen the posts about unfair rebates and having to make complaints about these to the insurers and not the lenders:confused: . Also we need the wording about what we can use for unfair rebates. Are they to do with the UTCCR as these rebates are determined by the wording in the policies I have been told. .

    Hi there
There is still a chance of success here.
    Have you all the paperwork?

Even if it were sold face to face, I know this can be their word against yours, but they should still make sure your eligible.
The bank will make all sorts of excuses to put us off in hope we do not continue, but do not let them, if you think you have a case here then keep is going.;)

Thanks di3004, I don't have any paperwork, I have requested a copy of the signed agreement and the T&C's though. Although I may well have signed it I do remember the chap being a tad pushy and never once explaining the ridiculous extra cost involved (£2400 on a £10K loan!!!). Am I still in with a chance? I'm in severe dire straits with 2 kids and getting this (and other) ppi back would make life slightly more bearable.
    :(

    Postie been.

Received a letter from Begbies & Traynor about Twopart Limited.

Thought I supplied them with the amounts etc, but that may have been FSCS.

    Dear Mr & Mrs xxxxx

    TWOPART LIMITED/E-LOAN IN LIQUIDATION

Thank you for your email received in relation to the above matter.

Please can you confirm the amount for which you are claiming?

I look forward to your response in this matter.

    Yours faithfully

    Joint liquidator.

Gulp.... what are you putting here Di.. ????

Yes hunni, your still in for a chance as there are many many reasons of why we have been mis sold, mine for instance when I did not have a clue about PPI, I always thought it was part of the agreement.

You could always request a Subject Access Request (SAR) but this will cost £10 cheque or postal order, but they have to provide everything they have on you, even phone calls and emails if any.;)

Keep at them, mine is with an adjudicator right now (lloyds) this was also sold face to face in the bank where then I was an homemaker, they ticked the cover for unemployment benefits etc for me, but I had taken it that it was an all in thing or we do not get credit, so do not worry, you have yur reasons here.

Don't know....... , been looking for the calculations you worked out for me, but can't remember if that was with or without interest, yet they only pay so much of that anyway.......

Think it was £800 and the odds without interest, so if they agree it will possibly be less than half of that....they will pay out....

    Thanks Pinknico.;)

The thing is here, I know the liquidators do not pay so much out, it will be less than the FSCS, although its not a huge amount anyway, but Marshallka worked it out for me as I had a fair amount of that rebated from the loan when going into a loan advance/consolidation.
    Just wait and see.;)

Hope you get some hopeful news soon hun.;)
So this means that the FSCS have written to the liquidators about this and they have replied. What amount did you put into the FSCS for the refund?

Was it the smaller amount or the full amount?

I am not sure, there is a high possibility the FSCS has been in touch during investigation, yet I did send in the agreement and the breakdown, would they not have told them and I'm sure I done the same with the liquidators too.....
