she hasnt settled the account, at the moment she cant afford to pay the full amount - just moved, husband not earning as much etc - so its still running. i have asked for all information and a breakdown of charges and PPI and they arent budging on anything. i also asked for proof; copy of agreements or recorded telelphone conversations etc regarding the PPI and all i have had back is a brief letter with the charges and PPI shown as two totals, and the same letter made it quite clear they wont be paying anything. so i wrote back and it was a pay up or you're dead letter, threatenening with the financial ombudsman, and the letter we got back, was the one i have quoted earlier on the thread.

need some help here with a good letter that will knock them flat. and will send a copy to the FSA.

Yep that poor baby will be far better off in care, the poor thing doesn't want the same punishment that lovely Baby P went through - its a nightmare.....:mad:
