Yeah, these refinanced loans - I am confused about this issue as if they are missold then the rebates do not enter into them. I thought you would just get the full amounts back anyway???
Yes so would II have not gone for unfair rebate but that is also a point. If they take them as refinanced and pay back as though we have never had PPI it would not matter. As that would be taken into account:eek:

If you want that back as a cheque that is your right. You need to ask for it or alternatively they will re finance the loan and take the payment of your repayments. Make sure that they give you the same rate as you currently have or better. It is c alled treating customers fairly. Laughed till I died. :rotfl::mad:0 -
Many thanks for your reply i have told loans .co.uk they admitted that they mis sold my ppi that i would prefer a cheque back but she said it is out of her hands ,i have the loan with endeavour personal finance and they said the ppi is nothing to do with them that it was loans.co.uk that sold it to me ,so they will be giving me the refund back ,so surely they cant just get my loan details and pay it back to my loan ,i want my money back by cheque so i can give the kids a wicked xmas .
has anyone every got a ppi refund by cheque back from loans.co.uk or had dealing with epf .
thanks xx0 -

I am feeling very frustrated my husband had a loan with first plus he tried to reclaim his ppi which totalled at £7,500!!! He received a bog standard templater letter back from them:mad: , he is not happy that his individual case has actually been researched.
Its such a lot of money any ideas where we go from here?? Obviously first plus has sussed a way not to pay anyone back the money they are owed, has anyone successfully claimed against firstplus?0 -

Hi there
Sorry to hear this.
If this was your final decision from First Plus and they have mentioned the Financial ombudsman service I would now put in a complaint to them, if not write back to First Plus and tell them you would like them to reconsider your complaint before you decide to take further action on this, to the FOS for example, depending on when the loan was taken out (year)?
What year was it hun?
Thanks. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
