I do feel stuck with my FOS claims that have been upheld. The Loan provider is not responding so what the hell can I do. FOS said as soon as they know they will let me know. How much longer is this going on for.

Have you seen about baby P. It makes me want to cry how people including the mother can use such a poor vulnerable little baby as a punch bag. 50 different injuries. Sorry know this is not PPI but I am sickened:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Max hun
As you know my final decision was upheld 31 Oct 2007 last year, I had enough of waiting, Christmas had come and gone, so I contacted the FOS and suggested I do a letter before action and give them 14 days to pay out, they agreed just as long as they had a copy, I then received the payment within 12 days.
    Give it a go hunni.;)

    No problem hun
I shall see if I can find the one we used.;)

What your better off doing is either ringing or emailing the adjudicator dealing with this, and ask them if it would be okay for you to send the company a letter before action, known as an LBA, and tell them your happy to email them a copy, this should helps your case, because if you have not heard within 14 days of request the FOS can take action, that is what I was told last year anyway, not sure what type of action though, they did not disclose this.;)

Maxdp hun I am having trouble opening my documents a minute, if I find it I shall email you with it, other than that there are some simple ones on this link here:
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/templates/TC011960301033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101470391033

I have never known it to go any further, they do then tend to pay out.;)
