You have won with the FOS and then they have paid you wrong. You have then written to FOS and stated their mistake..FOS has then got in touch with the bank and its been since April??? Have you been paid anything yet??

Yes they paid back PPI on last 2 loans. Did not send me any letters or communication just paid it back into OH bank account. Challenged this cause third one had been left out. Offered me another 500 for that. Did not accept because they had taken these three loans as stand alone and not refinanced. And obviously this reflects on the other two loans as in unfair rebate etc.

Last I heard end of July they were looking into it. Have e mailed FOS about every two weeks and told that lender is looking into it and they will let me know when they hear from them. Last two e mails just got read receipt and no message from adjudicator. So take it from that they have not heard anything. Had no proper workings out from Lender just final amounts. They have been !!!!.

A and L set out all amounts and paid out within described time. Am so annoyed.:mad:

Yeah, these refinanced loans - I am confused about this issue as if they are missold then the rebates do not enter into them. I thought you would just get the full amounts back anyway???

Barclaycard Loans. Will send you copies of letter from FOS and from Barclaycard tomorrow a.m. Am back and forward at mom. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated cause I feel they are taking !!!! at mom. If it was upheld in April and we were top of list to get it sorted in July. WHY ARE WE NOT TOP OF LIST NOW:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

That is why I am talking to you guys they have had enough time and I am getting fed up being kind person appreciating everyone is busy. Funny how they find time to add all these PPI to loans and sort everything out immediately (before you have changed your mind). Hmmmmmm:rolleyes:

Alread have the copies from when you sent them... I will take a look as on the other computer. I have pinched my daughers for tonight while shes boogying...

Make a statement complaint..just keep ringing til they do answer..
