Just spent the last few hours sorting out claims I want to send to the FOS as Egg is denying all my mis selling claims on 2 loans and one credit card.
I thought the word optional had to appear on your credit agreement and the SAR contain all information on how PPI was selected? Mine contained
nothing about PPI ,except the loan agreements have it on but doesnt say optional against the amount.
The credit card agreement has no mention of PPI and they say I took this out on line but have sent nothing to support this and why is this not on the agreement.
Why cant they just admit to it?

From the post on here yesterday looks like I have along wait.

Piece of advice ring the FOS with your complaint as you immediatly get a reference number and are immediatly on the system.
If you send in a form from on line and post it , it has no reference number and hangs about for a week or more:eek:

Hi Pinknico (sorry wrong name before)

Did it say optional in the T and C for your Loan? It does seem a long time to wait but I suppose we cannot do anything about that. At least we are providing jobs within the financial institutions:D

I am going nuts here with my puter again..... this time though its the switch, its switching itself off....... , then I have to reboot all the time, its not doing lappy any good at all....... .

So if I disappear now and then - you know why.

    Thanks Marshallka and Maxdp

I personally think the works doctors are stricter than your own, as I think hubby's GP is old fashioned, so the if the works doctor is happy then so am I lol.......:j :D .

So if all is okay he will return to his job within the radiator industry.;)

    Fingers crossed.:D

Nope hun, but hubby did go back to his own GP and explained he has an appointment this Wednesday, and his own GP then said to see what the works doctor thinks, hubby told the doctor he feels like he is improving, his GP said they will lower his meds as from next month if he still feels this way then.
He also has physio in the morning too up the hospital up the road, I am hoping its the last one, this is his 10th session now.......

His physio at our local hospital is at 9.am in the morning and the works hospital appointment appointment to see the works doctor is not until 6:30pm tomorrow. This appointment is at a private hospital.

Is Hubby still laid off? Thought he was made redundant. Is he going to be re-employed?

Sorry not being nosey but miss loads of posts on here cause I am away so much.
And probably coming in as usual half way through the story,:confused:

Lol your not being nosey hun.....:D lol.
He worked in the steelplant for a number of years, the plant closed down without any notice to all 400 workers who were left there including my hubby just days before xmas last year.
He had then found employment within a chemical plant, they had then lost a huge contract, and this recent one he is still employed but on sick leave.
Now he is working in a radiator business making radiator parts, so really its not as drastic as his old job, if he can get over the stress and get his body put back right, I really cannot see why he cannot go back.......I need him to go back.......:o

Ohhhh now I got it. I knew he had been made redundant from steelworks just before xmas last year, but did not know the other bits. Well hopefully they will say he can go back.. Think men are better off at work rather than at home. Think we do not mind so much but they get so fidgety. I do not know about your house Di but if OH tries to do housework, I am very grateful then when he goes out I re do it. Now I know that sounds daft but he never knows:D

I have not heard anything from LLoyds about the email I sent to request for a copy of the letter April 2004 that I supposed to have sent them about PPI query.

They only emailed me back the same day or the following day it may have been to say they will contact me soon, but nothing and no copy of that letter, yet why wasn't a copy of this within my SAR then ?

I must hope that the adjudicator will get back to me tomorrow with some good news.;)
