Each year was someone different. I have asked the FOS about this and also written what Firstplus told me of who the insurer was and she told me that she has written to them and I need do no more and that they will find out for me. Firstplus told me it was Cassidy Davis I had to write to and I told this to FOS and they told me to leave it to them, which is fine but they have not even found out who it is yet. I am so annoyed as this seems to be going on forever.

Dreamers was different to mine so its all about which year etc...

I have had a questionaire about FOS from them about their service. I cannot write anything yet as I feel too annoyed.

I had one of those questionaires from the FOS after we had our case about Nemo dealt with, can't remember what I added though.....

I would be too annoyed too.....well the thing is you don't know what to think at the moment do you ?

Did you actually sign both of them then??

This is so confusing. Have you asked them why??

OMG my broadband playing up now just typed my response and whole thing went off arghhhhh.

Yes we signed both of them. Have not asked why but I will.

In my sar there is a not from the broker saying 30/01/04 "will send down to bank with new credit agreement to follow. Have enclosed old credit agreement at 9.4% in case first plus will agree to rate drop if new credit agreement not come in"?

31/01/04 new credit agreement in. Will fax to firstplus and put the original in DX on Monday. rate was 10.9% and £494 mth me really confused here.

There are other notes from the diary manager where they have amended the application form on 30/01/04 they overid 9.4% to 10.9% on 31/01/04 and amended the application?

The credit agreement was disapproved on 31/01/04 then on same day "manual accept"? They actually paid out on 31st

    Something not right here.

Just been trying to work out if this was in fact the amount of the repayments with the PPI and without the PPI.

The difference is 45.18 per month and your loan was over 240 months so it works out at £10843.20 so not the same as you paid...

Do you mean the settlement figure was based on ppi of £10843.20 and not £9796?

Marshallka my mate just sent me the current FP Insurers details, but like you said they change all the time.

Here are or were then the ones added on her agreement.

    PO Box 586,
    Shannon,
    Co. Clare,
    Ireland.
    Telephone: 0870 600 0141 or Fax 0870 400 4865

This is on the back of the ppi doc mine was 2004:

Blimey how many times have these muppets changed then ?
Surely that's just not right, imagine someone who still has a loan and has to make a ppi claim:confused:

Di, they changed to Barclays in 2006. I have said earlier that they were all different before then.

No, I meant that the difference between the two amount on the agreements was 45.18 and your loan was 240 months so i added 240 x 45.18 to see if it came to the PPI figure...

Yeah, mine mentions Cassidy Davis on part of it and then 3 others too... and the LLoyds syndicate is different and also the main insurance is held by LLoyds. Also Miller firstline is mentioned and they liquidated in 2003:confused: .

So blumming confusing, it even confused the FOS...
