Oh I see now:wave:0 -

Yeah its just not on though is it?
People who still have ongoing loans to pay who were possibly under different insurers then, so if they did want to put in a claim surely FP would have told them of the insurers to whom they should make a claim from if the others do not any longer.....
If the insurers changed and no longer ran would they have automatically been moved onto another insurer? The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

.
So blumming confusing, it even confused the FOS...
Flippin heck this ppi has been through some people:wave:0 -
Oh I see now
I will be confusing you more... I see you posted that they put up the APR didn't they... this is always based on there credit scoring.
Did you sign this new agreement at the same time as the other one or within a couple of days.
I ask cause did you have the cooling off period if the money was paid out in the 31st and you signed on the 31st too.0 -

They say they need to hear from Firstplus who my insurer was as the PPI policy document that I have is one which firstplus are TELLING me was mine..(something dodgy here i think!!!)
FOS asked me to put it in writing that this policy was sent with my SAR and not mine... They were adamant I did this..They asked me to copy it to them and then to stipulate this.. That this was what FIrstplus SAY is my policy..
Lloyds of London should hold the proper one I think.0 -

1st one for 449 signed on 15/01/04 second one 494 signed 28/01/04 hubby, me on 29/01/04, he never mentioned any cooling off period. They received it on 31st. The payment of 494 I believe was never mentioned on the 449. We hurried to sign because he said we have to hurry and sign cause of changes and did not know if he could get us the loan (liar)
Don't believe we had a cooling off period he called us all the time:wave:0 -
