Thanks for the advice on reclaiming the charges BlackHorse put on the account. With regard to the PPI miss selling, my loan was taken out in 2003 with BlackHorse. I have been reading elsewhere that Blackhorse are a tricky company to claim from. Can somebody explain why please?
Thanks,
Andrew
i think the simple answer to this is, before the FSA, they were regulated by the FLA to which they paid for being a member. if anybody has dealt with the FLA they no there a waste of time & very onesided towards there members. in my opinion blackhorse & other company's under the FLA run themselves, they believe thier above regulation.
for anybody dealing with this company go straight to a solicitor to stop yourself getting messed around by them & FLA, trust me it will save a lot of time & grief.
i believe this is one of the worst company's for miss-selling so don,t be put off.0 -
Found this pinknico:
Liquidation is the process of converting all assets into cash. Proceeds of which will be used to pay-out its obligations in the order set-out by the standards/court.
Dissolution means to end the legal entity. To officially close a business.
Thanks dreamer that helps a lot:ADS1 12/10/04

Can anyone give me a bit of an insight into this?
As in if you win your ppi back and put you back to where you were before the ppi, then is the refinanced loan taken out over the same amount of time as in the begining how does it work?
And please no technical answers, my brain is fried with the telephone waves from today:rotfl::j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j0 -

Depends you can take it over same period and it would be cheaper or shorter period and the payment would be the same.:mad:0 -
