This will depend on whether you have a brilliant case of mis selling and proof of this and when Blackhorse were covered by the FOS.

I did both numbers and neither knew what i was talking about:eek:

Some indian dude fobbed me off to a local branch who had the nerve to say i was a valued customer and could they look into reducing my monthly out goings by doing another laon:eek: :eek: :eek: No ferking way dudes

I got there in the end but i wish they would teach these half wits the ins and outs of the company they work for:mad:

Ive got the direct number now to the sars depo and to the chick that sent me the dumb letter in the 1st place:eek:
