  • Hi all,
Thanks for the advice on reclaiming the charges BlackHorse put on the account. With regard to the PPI miss selling, my loan was taken out in 2003 with BlackHorse. I have been reading elsewhere that Blackhorse are a tricky company to claim from. Can somebody explain why please?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Natwest £2000
    Goldfish £600
[STRIKE]EDF Gas and Elec Arrears £300[/STRIKE] and borrowed money £200
I just want to be free of debt – I can do it! By the end of this year.

OK clever people what is the difference between a dissolved company and a company in Liquidation?

I think a dissoved company is a company no longer trading but a company in liquidation is still in existence but not longer trading, not sure I will check.

As a point of law, this example was taken verbatim from a consumer law book, and the party liable was indeed the Finance Company.

Goes to show you that not all is what you may assume.
