Glad you are getting the SARs for these where they state they have listened to the phone call etc...

Thanks for the update too Toffee penny...

(if you are not sending me to coventry as well...) seems some on here have taken offence my comments..the ones that say they have benefited from my posts:rolleyes: .

Seems I am not funny enough and being serious about debts and PPI is something others on here don't seem to agree with. ;)

Your advice is always appreciated xxx

Just can't wait to come on and tell all how much we will be refunded (long way off I know  )

As I said to you in PM--Don't let all this get you down--you are doing a great job with a wealth of knowledge behind you.--its a storm in a teacup & will blow over--

People like you who devote their time to these complex issues are the stalwarts of these reclaiming sites--I am looking forward to learning more from you--as I am merely a "techie" who is good at IT issues.

I believe its the Forum Structure that is the problem with no sub forums--I'll have a scout round PCF/LB/CCS/PAG (not CAG cos thats hard as well) and post up what structures they have and then, perhaps, collectively ,an agreed suggestion could be produced that you could petition Wendy/Martin to implement.

    (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))

wow this thread has grown exponetially in the past 48 hours.. Sorry for me not being here, but had to batten down the hatchets after being hit with a force 11 storm. Scary Stuff..

As much as I would like to read through all the posts, I just dont have the time.

If anyone has any questions then it would be best to post via PM.

Marshy may need to promote you to Moderator on the other forum.. :-)

    Hope all have been well.

Have you thought about using the courts yourself... the small claims courts..

If you take a look back over the part two claiming discussion then there is lots of info on the courts etc and what forms to send in, help in filling them in and lots did win....they never actually got to the court stage... just a though...
not sure but will look but for small claims is it not less than £5000. i feel the way is a lawyer, least then they might respond properly to claims of miss-selling, because as to yet regulation of this has been utter crap.

    Hello

No I do not have a PPI question, I was going to offer my help, due to having dealt with these issue on other popular reclaiming websites.

Thank you anyway, and I can see its pretty quiet here so far, I hope its picks up for you.

May I just say, and I am not getting at you, I have an autistic daughter, she again was a victim of bullying, unfortunately and sadly this is an issue when it comes to these victims with special requirements, I am happy to hear your kids stick up for themselves and I am sure you meant well on your postings about this and bullies, but some with these needs are unable to protect themselves unlike a person without these disabilities, its torture for that person and also for the families having to deal with this as a matter of priority, its a very sad issue indeed.

Anyhow back to the PPI, I hope this thread picks back up for you again.

    Hi there

Sorry to hear of your issues, and hope that its all sorted out now, I agree bullying is not nice and heartbreaking to see your kiddie going through this, but Marshallka has made a good point as well on her post to me, if you read through it again, you will see what I mean.;)

Please post up with your help on PPI, I know it will be appreciated here.
I note you say you have helped out elsewhere regarding PPI and I am sure your input will be a great help here as well.

Just to squeeze this in at the same time:
I am a member of many Autism sites as well it that is an interest to you, let me know, cheers.
Good luck and hope to see you here soon.;)

We need the FSA on here to hear of our troubles.... then they might do something and give the FOS wider jurisidiction... is that how it works.... I dont know really.... just spouting about nothing again..;)
