What about your PPI claims for instance.? In some cases on here people were bullied by hard mouthed salespeople to get them to take out PPI. You yourself have said with your credit card complaint you were just pushed into a room and told to sign. If this is not being bullied into something then you had a choice.. . Its not just the kids - I agree we protect our kids but we should not forget adults too. If that was the case then perhaps we could all say "we had a choice of listening to the saleman or not!!" we are responsible for our own actions.

Where you say you do not get involved with arguments. You get involved with peoples arguments on here with their lenders/brokers etc. Its something you do daily . So if a broker came on here and spouted off his side of things you would clam up... . Not me Di cause its what I fight for daily. I am rarely rude but will speak up. To stick up for your friends is not a bad thing. I did it alot with you and CLICK.....and although click were not on here I would have done the same had they have been. I have put up with a lot from Credit Crunched, more than enough and I know he is some friend of yours too I refuse to let him bully me into leaving the thread. If I leave the thread it will be cause of other reasons - mainly the lack of actual PPI reclaimers at the moment as things have begun to dry up a little. I will continue to post but at the moment just a little confused....

I thought we all stuck up for each other on here.

I do thank natalie maxdp and also showergirl for their support last time on here. I realise its not for you to get involved but I do stick up for my friends on here. Right or wrong I DO get involved with arguments... perhaps I should not in the future. After all its every man for themselves or is it...I did not start the argument Di... I merely posted in his thread.

I was just stating a fact of my son being bullied as an example, but yes when I mean by arguing I mean literally.;) I just deal with this in a different way that's all.

I do not point my finger at anyone, I just state my personal point of view, like others here.
Yet I see where your coming from.

I do not know Credit Crunched, only from when he first posted on here on this site, and made my point earlier by stating how good you are with people that needed help on this site and also made it clear about the Click Finance thread as well..which you did help me with and yes I was and am still thankful for that.;)


Of course you did not cause the argument, like I said earlier, you was just making your post and doing what you believe was right and I agreed.


I do stick up for anyone who I feel has been belittled and that is why I posted earlier, but deal with this in my own way.

I see that CC made a comment about me, but that means nothing to me on my part of me, and it was something that was unexpected to be honest.

There are times when I feel I'm being digged at, but I just let it pass.......

I am sorry if I feel I have not helped in the way you hoped hun, but I think a lot of you and others on here and the main issue here is helping with the PPI side of things and yes there is plenty of chatter in this thread, like I said in the other thread, its like that practically all over the threads here.;)

Di, remember when M colak was on here and Singlep and troness. It was all talk about PPI and we learnt so much too. I want to learn about PPI and other threads "are not" like this one on here. I have been on other threads and they tend to stick to the topic. I think if the FOS took a look too that they would see us all as making a mockery of something that we claim to be so important:rolleyes: . It just seems to have gone off topic and good style to me. I have not seen any posts on the Misrepresentation act etc and other acts that would help in those writing letters for claims not covered by the FOS. If anyone of any authority came on now I think they would more than most likely take a hike to another site for instance as there are more posts about anything and everything other than PPI. I love a bit of humour but its the rest that has got out of hand. I want the likes of singlep and troness to read the posts and see what a struggle we are having etc again. That is what attracted them last time to here. They helped so much with certain laws and the ICOBS handbook pieces and also the legalisations etc... we need them here for people that have no chance of going to FOS.

Its OK saying "don't read the posts if you don't want to" but the newbie claimers come on and post and then they have to go through 4 more pages of pure unrelated PPI to find their posts again. Then if we try to help and they have posted again we then ask them "can you please refresh me on that one". Not everyone has time for that.

Maybe its just me and I should move on but I am thinking of how this used to be. We attracted more help... we really wanted the help and we were struggling... now it seems everyone is fine and having a laugh and if they do come on they would most certainly go away again. Nothing wrong with a bit of chit chat but just my view. If others care to slate me for it then do so but I have got to get this off my chest.
