Have you ever witnessed a female trying to reverse a 4x4?

Yes, and I've also seen men pretending to know how to fix cars to make up for their own failings as drivers. Pay the bloody fine, you deserved it.

Surely you are not allowed to stop on a dual carriageway at any time? That may be the issue here, not how long you were there or the abuse you gave the PCSO. The Highway code states that on dual carriageways you should...
...make sure you will not force another road user to change course or speed.
That, essentially, is what you've done and thus deserve a warning and then ticket. End of arguement, surely

Just go and ask on Pepipoo.

There are people on MSE who will know about your situation than even yourself. This is the amazing power of assumption.

And there are people on MSE who will try and wiggle out of paying legitimate fines/tickets. This is the amazing power of persuation.

And then there are people who will bleat on and on about fines and so-called fines being legitimate when, in fact, they are not.

You know, you should read the useful info on pepipoo yourself, TiTheRev, and take a look at the longstanding case law they refer to. You would learn something.
