That does sound reasonable, but how long did you have to wait? The 5 seconds it takes to leave a space would make the PCSO a bit of a jobsworth, any longer and you were probably holding others up and causing a dangerous obstruction on the dual carriagway

    B.
I guess it was no more than 2 minutes if that whilst waiting for the vehicle to pull out of the bay, it's my opinion this PCSO was being a jobsworth without a shadow of a doubt.

    2 minutes?
How long does it take someone to pull out of a space?

    Seconds not minutes.
Why were you waiting for so long?

If the car was not in the process of pulling out then I would have thought you should go and find another space.

Have you ever witnessed a female trying to reverse a 4x4?

Clearly this would never happen if they stayed in the kitchen where they belong.

What a shame it's a "female" councillor you are relying on to get you out of this shame you have brought on yourself.

Sorry, 2 minutes is a long time to be blocking a lane on a dual carriagway. No more sympathy from me.
First rule of traffic wardens dont argue, !!!!!! off quick before you get a ticket! (Yes I know it was a PCSO and !!!!!!ing off no longer works :) )

Quite right, women's feet are too small to be operating the pedals on some monstrous 4x4, but are far more suited to the kitchen, as it enables them to stand closer to the sink ...
