    Given the way you have approached other posters on this thread, I wonder if your attitude towards the PCSO might have had something to do with the way he treated you?

    I don't know why you think your local councillor is going to be interested.

    If you feel strongly, and you remained polite and controlled at all times, then I suggest that a visit to the police is in order, to discuss the PCSO's handling of the situation.
