Well, I got an IR number which came up on the web-site, but no emails of any kind, and certainly no confirmation pdf. So, I guess, that's that.

I didnt even get a IR number. nothing at all. Oh well.

the IR number appears after you confirm the details/order on screen only.

If you read the details on the page it tells you that you need to call dell with the IR number to track your order as it cannot be tracked via the website.

As far as I know a "business" order does not get either the "order confirmation" email or the one with the PDFs.

D1221 is now dead - I'm a medium business (by their definition) and tried to place an order. Got nowhere with the web-site and spent the better part of 50 minutes being given the run-around by different individuals before someone admitted it had been "updated" (i.e. removed). Did anyone get one confirmed? >:(

i got 1 confirmed , did order 2 but my 2nd got confirmed and not mt 1st, howver they can take 2 days b4 confirmation ;( ???

Just got my pdf so the contract is made! Not quite the bargain the Dell 3000/15" tft was but very good.
