Just bought a new battery which is so brilliant I just had to tell you all about it. It is the eGo C Twist, I teamed it with the also new V2 clearomiser, they have a long wick and I am steaming away on it now with Apple tobac and Cherry mix, it is heaven, Oh and the best bit is you can turn up the voltage on it from 3.2- 4.8.

Highly recommend this kit so much that I have ordered the stainless steel one and 4 more more V2's.

It is supposed to be a gift for my brother when he comes to visit from Spain, to introduce him to vaping, might just have a sneaky go if mine needs charging.:rotfl:

Just taken delivery of an Ego Vision clearomizer 1.6ml - no leaks, easy fill and filled it with cappucino, tiramasu and champagne mix. Delicious. :)

I'm still coughing up phlegm weeks after switching to e-cigs, anyone else have this too? =/

i recommend getting your own mix if anyone is interested in switching, it's much cheaper than buying those e-cigs cartridges, especially the 2 piece e cigs, which costs more due to the fact the cartridges come with a atomizer together.

How much did you smoke before switching? It can take a while for the pipes to clean up all the mank from smoking.

Liberro Realis user myself, like the smaller size even if there is a big ol compromise on cartridge capacity and battery life. Love their Eskimo liquid, uber minty. :D

For me coughing in morning cleared within days its my gums unfortunately that have suffered from all the many years I smoked. Dentist is doing what he can to try and save my teeth ( I checked up what you get for your money in case he was one of those trying to make money out of me, as had one of those years ago - kept telling me I needed fillings when I didn't - but he actually is doing more work for my money than NHS Rules state, so he really is decent but daft as it sounds since stopping and gums receiving more oxygen and blood are causing gum disease to become very, very bad quickly. He admitted if I had carried on smoking nasties I would have still lost my teeth but at much slower rate, daft eh, but if as said before its only teeth I lose I cannot moan after all the abuse I gave my body with the nasties. On the plus side at last after 4 months my teeth actually are looking cleaner than they have for years. Oh well still happily vaping away and if I do have to have dentures so long as I get ones like my mum, she was able to keep them in 24/7 and could eat everything, I won't complain.

Apart from this not noticed any other change since giving up but then I have a chronic health problem so hard to tell as I still get days when I am so puffy as before but that is down to chest muscles not working properly - I have a neuro condition that makes my muscles do their own thing so can be fun sometimes.

I'd say give it a while longer, as you may know smoking bumps off the cells in your airway (cilliated cells) which move mucus up your airway. These will be regenerating now and starting to shift 'stuff'.

One thing I've noticed is I've not had a cold since I started vaping instead of smoking. I read a journal article where propylene glycol (the main ingredient of the liquid) had been atomised and introduced into the atmosphere of a hospital ward and resulted in a significant reduction in respiratory illnesses. It's a reasonable bacteriocide & virucide so might have something to do with it.

They've banned e-cigs at work due to fears of 'nicotine exposure', wish they'd actually discussed it with their resident Toxicologist (me). :rotfl:

Interesting about it reducing rate of respiratory illness - and handy to know for when I go to doctor about my puffiness increasing as she might try to blame my e-cig as she is pleased I have stopped smoking but still not to sure about e-cig although she examined the one I had with me very carefully and asked all sorts of questions ( maybe she smokes :rotfl:)

That's silly really, hope they don't do that here,
The way I see it is, if there isn't a policy I'll smoke away, and I would want to see the policy on ecigs before I stop smoking.
I still think though we are in early days? People still seem to think ecigs are bad, my mum doesn't want me smoking it in the house because she and I quote 'doesn't want to get cancer from the nicotine' so shes very misleaded, I still smoke anyway :] Kinda the whole point to having a ecig....lol
I'm not saying ecigs are healthy, but they are certainly healthier than regular cigs and most defiantly cheaper.
