What are we supposed to do if ING breaks it's promise of finally informing us individually of where our money is and when we will receive it??

Yes, I received my call back yesterday as stated in earlier posts. Also have received an email from Mr Hemmings blaming the clearing banks, I have asked for a detailed report of what actually happened to my CHAPS transfer, because I don't believe the spiel of incorrect bank details etc, my interest was sent each month to my linked account, and there was no problem, so I KNOW my details were correct.

Come on, we know that KE/ING and the Administrators really c**ked up badly, why not just bite the bullet and be honest with us just for once. Give us the real truthful explanation of what did happen to us "lost souls" - I think we deserve that for the stress and mental torture you have put us all through.

Sorry I didn't think your call back was in connection with having logged a complaint call on Friday.

Not very good going that only one person from this forum has had a call back and that was yesterday.

I have also received that email from Alastair Hemmings blaming the clearing bank.

I agree.
The call back was from the KE and if my cash does not get transffered into my bank account by late afternoon - I will be naming and shaming as I think we now ought to do, so ensure you get the names of people you are speaking to.

As I take it from your previous post they informed you yesterday that all payments had not been made and they were still processing batches of CHAPS payments mainly from the 7/8th October. Is this correct?
