and all those from the fools site, I really hope you are renewed with your money. I feel guilty in many ways as my piece on Panorama Special "Britain in the Red" due to be TX on 16th and recorded on the 14th October was pulled given the press release from ING on the Panorama website on 15th October stating that we would all get our money back by the close of business on the 17th. I really thought that the power of the media had won here . Very strange that we had heard nothing from ING until Panorama contacted them to say they were going to be featured. I wish I could have done more. I think there was much more going on behind the scenes than we all new.

Well it seems all of us who are also in the Icesave saga might get paid earlier than we thought but let's not hold our breath. At least I can pay my bills this month but hope that all the rest of you can. It's good to see that Martin and his team are on the case.

I too have received a chaps fee (£20) refund to my KE account but obvoiously no monies to my linked account.
Transfer from KE on 8/10/8 still not received.

I can't believe there are still people who haven't got their cash, utterly useless. I'm watching and hoping for you all because YOU WILL get your cash but of course until it is in your account it doesn't feel like it.

Well, still no cash this morning .... and there I was dreaming all night about what I could spend my money on like food, & bills By the time we get the cash back from KE it will feel like winning the lottery.

Just call the 08451 31 32 34 number and you'll get through to the KE/ING call centre who will handle your call. Its quite painless, they will take you through some security questions and log your call. The whole process only took me 3 mins from start to finish.

Thank you doppleganger Hope everyone gets some dosh today. I am still waiting for someone to amend my sort code (3 weeks) I have talked/ emailed everyone with no success.

Well just phoned my bank, which is available earlier than KEs tel no, and there is nothing in the BACS queue queue for my account for today or tomorrow (though that could be updated during the day for tomorrow).

Never had a call back from KE/ING either.

Shambles. Sorry for those with much larger amounts outstanding.

P.S. And to add to that, I finally yesterday decided to move some money from my KE instant to a FTD, only to see afterwards on other threads that ING/KE have told them such new FTD transactions won't be honoured. SO WHY THE HELL DO THEY ALLOW YOU TO INITIATE IT AND SHOW IT AS HAVING HAPPENED.

Hi guys, I'm still here hoping for better news for you all today. I kept checking yesterday and was so disappointed that nothing was happening. We've indefinitely postponed our celebration party over on the survivors forum till this mess is sorted.

Let's hope today's the day. Will be checking to see what's happening, and I'm wishing damn hard for you all.
