Yes bigg, absolutely bizarre. That they (administrators+Brown+Darliing) could have screwed this up so much is unbelievable
And you know this to be fact?? - I suppose ING had nothing to do with this sorry mess!!!
PS
Anyone know how to retract a thanks? ....I mistakenly hit this one unfortunatelyNon illigitamus carborundum!!0 -

Hi Guys
im not suprised that there hasnt been any payments today as the 48 hr deadline was just to get back to us with some sort of answer to our individual queries.
I hope i am wrong but i think all we can expect tomorrow is a phone call or email with some sort of update

Ive not had time to read this thread thoroughly today, although I have scanned it to see a few others have had the CHAPS fee repaid, as I have.
I am relieved that I am at least on 'A' List ! So I think its a good sign0 -
Been offline most of the day, glad to see my £20 CHAPS charge has finally been refunded too today.0

Hi Guys
im not suprised that there hasnt been any payments today as the 48 hr deadline was just to get back to us with some sort of answer to our individual queries. I hope i am wrong but i think all we can expect tomorrow is a phone call or email with some sort of update. KE has told me this evening that the £20 chaps fees are being processed by a different team which explains why most have been repaid. Seems like they put there A team on the Chaps fees & left the apprentices to look after the serious money
I do hope this is not depressingly true, but it sounds like ING and co running true to form:j  :j0 -

But am so bloody fed up with this ING/KE situation AND being cold that i've just broken my pledge and turned it on (thermostat set at 16.2 though!!)
Do you think I can bill them for compensation on the gas bill as well?
16.2 !! 22% and the wife is still complaining she is cold
Buy her some woolies for Christmas - when ING give you your money back
Let's hope it's not going to have to be Oxfam
Actually you know the other alternative and it's not turn the heating up.......
CHAPS to Barcalays 8/10 STILL NOT ARRIVED 19 days and countingING/KE Debacle
8/10 CHAPS to Barclays
31/10 MONEY ARRIVED0 -
I'm sorry to read of the continuing problems with ING Direct. I can honestly say thay getting my CHAPS money has been the most stressful situation I've ever had with a bank, and unfortunately others are still going through it.
I made a formal complaint to ING Direct but unsurprisingly they haven't replied.
I will be closing my account after everything is sorted and I will be going to the FSO with my complaint.0 -
Gotta say there’s one or two on this thread I wish would piece off!0
