    Hi

Anyone get a call from KE regarding their money. I tried to transfer 8th Oct and was told Friday I'd get a call in the next 24 hours (including the weekend) so 72 hours on and still nothing - perhaps they lost my details like my they have my money!

    Anybody else get a call??

In The Times yesterday, this little snippet:

"The vast majority of British Savers with deposits in Icesave will get their money back next month, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme announced yesterday."

  • Hi all

I've been watching the thread with growing disappointment all day. I really was hoping for some better news today. Good luck to you all for tomorrow/Wednesday - I'll be waiting in the wings to congratulate you when the dam finally breaks and the money starts flowing again.

jbanks - I posted this earlier today:-

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ANYONE STILL MISSING THEIR MONEY.

I LOGGED MY MISSING MONEY WITH ING ON FRIDAY LAST WEEK, JUST PHONED AGAIN AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY CALL.

Please make sure you call ING and ask for a search to be instigated. IF YOU PHONED LAST WEEK THEN PHONE AGAIN TODAY.

Apart from losing our money they're also losing our messages.

  • Totally agree

    Just received this from Edge:

Thank you for your earlier email.

Whilst instructions were given to process all transactions, we have now identified that a small number of transactions were held up at the clearing bank. As a result, some payments have not yet been released and we are working with the clearing bank to release the payments in the quickest possible way so the funds are available to you as a matter of urgency.

We cannot stress enough that your money is safe and we continue our commitment to you in terms of resolving this issue.

We would be grateful if you could contact our Customer Service Team on 08451 31 32 34 to provide further details, so we can update you shortly as to the timing of your transaction being released.

    We appreciate your patience.

    Yours sincerely
