I am astonished by 'recalled' CHAPS case!
On the 'broken CHAPS system, all transfers have to be done by BACS' - wasn't someone saying before, that ING don't do CHAPS transfers at all? While hey may have been allowed to use KE CHAPS system for a certain amount of time, if that time run out, the have to do BACS for the rest? Sorry, just speculating, but I can't believe the story of broken CHAPS!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

This is not a "special" number. It's the same call centre number they have always had. As far as I can see, you log your information with call centre staff and then it gets passed on to someone else.......Hence the 48 hour wait! I don't think that they can even access individual accounts at this pointNon illigitamus carborundum!!0 -
Wantage Boy you would be a good candidate for taking over Luke's media fight for us - you have the worst case of customer handling from KE/ING I have heard.
I just have a feeling that all the emails etc that the media are becoming increasingly interested in us .5%.0 -

Sorry,Wantage,could you say whether your transfer was BACS or CHAPS and the date of initiation?0 -

Just rang KP got through to a supervisor but no change to the situation. Though not pleased that others have a similar plight I am reasurred the forum that I am not alone. Not likely to get anywhere till Monday in reality. Shows why they set this up on a Friday!!
