The phones lines on 08451 31 32 34 will be open over the weekend - Saturday 8am to 2pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm where staff will again be on hand to collect details of any further payments that have not been received so that we can investigate with the receiving banks on Monday.

Not a single apology in that statement0 -
Still trying to make some sense of this...did anyone still missing a withdrawal made on the 7th or maybe early 8th receive a phone call or e-mail to say they were among the famous 5 per cent who'd have to wait a little longer?
They said at the time, anyone who DIDN'T receive one WOULD be paid straightaway(a week ago!),and most were I believe. So has anyone NOT contacted received a payment from a withdrawal made on the 7th,if you get my drift?
No & today the KE ? person i spoke to said if i didnt receive money today that i must of been one of those 5 % who had the email!!0 -

I just hope that this is sorted by then????
Anyone want to take bets whether I will get my Icesave money back before my KE cash? (Don't take me up on this - I have no money to pay out, broke at present!);)0 -

tmvc you may have a point there. Lets make a count of all those who initiate a chaps on the 7th Oct...I am one of those..
I had a CHAPS transfer 7th for a largeish amount. It came straight through to my linked account by the 8th. A smaller amount transferred on 8th got lost in the ether until Monday last.0 -

LOL! Hadn't thought of that one... Still there will be a pattern and when it's identified it'll make it much easier for everyone still waiting to focus ING. I'm all out of theories.CHAPS 8th Oct Rec'd 20th Lloyds TSB0 -

really think now that anyone in contact with ING should establish that they have definitely seen and processed all the missing payments from Oct 7 and early 8th.
It just seem to be too much of a coincidence that these appear to be pretty much the ONLY ones now missing from before the takeover. How can none of them have got through to at least one of the l42 people said to have complained today? It can't just be the fault of clearing/receiving banks.
Is anybody now missing a payment from just after the 8th or 9th......or have they now cleared all these as they claim?
It all beggars belief, but ALL will get the money in the end!!0 -
