Just keep reading the ING Spokesperson's post...

We appreciate how frustrating it must be to be in the less than 0.5% of cases where payments are currently not showing in individuals' accounts and we will be working with the respective banks to resolve this.

NO YOU DON'T. NO YOU DON'T - YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW WE FEEL, HOW'S THIS FOR STARTERS:

STUPID - FOR BELIEVING YOU UPDATE AFTER UPDATE
ROBBED - BECAUSE YOU STILL HAVE OUR MONEY
AND FINALLY SICK WITH ALL THE WORRY AND STRESS.

SO IF YOU APPRECIATE HOW I FEEL - HAVE A NICE WEEKEND!!!!!!

i did my chaps very late on the 8th and still havent recvd mine

Well that puts a hole in that theory - not huge but a hole nonetheless. Ok - I have no information about when people opened their accounts but there was a date (May?) when the logon etc was changed for new customers. Has this made a difference to transfers? I'm in the 7th/8th paid batch and we opened our account before the alteration.

First off my heart goes out to all of you still waiting for your transfers. I last posted after speaking to Alastair Hemmings on Tuesday evening. Surprisingly I received my CHAPS payment late on Wednesday after initiating on 20th October, so just further evidence that payment clearance has nothing at all to do with date order. At least my son’s house purchase is now back on track.

As I reported Alastair had been the most helpful person I came across and as he rang me back at 8pm on Tuesday evening I have sent him a late e-mail asking that a dedicated line be set up for the 50 plus people on this forum who are still awaiting their payments. I have stressed to him that just based on my very limited experience, the worst part of all this is feeling like a number rather than an individual and just knowing that a named person could individually track each missing payment would at least calm the nerves somewhat. Like everyone else I promise I won’t be leaving this thread until every last person sees the return of their money. You will get your money - it is not just the 50 people awaiting their money, there are hundreds if not thousands of us in the MSE community that will not go away until you do! Hang in there

Mine was after the change, July.
    CHAPS 8/10 received Halifax 20/10
    BACS 18/11 (£30) (actioned 19/11) received CHAPS Halifax 21/11
    BACS 24/11 (£50) (actioned 25/11) received Halifax 28/11

So did I and I have been paid on the last batch. You are right there must be some logic behind who has and hasn't been paid
