New Kaupthing CHAPS/BACS Transfers discussion - Friday 24th October

I haven't had a chance to read any of the posts since very early this morning, so I'm not sure what I've missed with regards to what others have experienced today. My situation is that, after speaking to Customer Service Manager at ING, I've been told there is a problem with my account, but he didn't know what it was. I was told that someone from ING will try to ring me Monday or Tuesday!!! No urgency there then!!! So now I'm left wondering what the hell is wrong with my account. I've checked with my receiving bank, as there was some suggestion on the thread last night that some people were having problems if no CHAPS had been sent to their account before, but my bank said this is not the case with them. What a bl**dy mess!!

Am very busy the next couple of weeks - but will check in and see how things are going when I can. All best wishes to those who are still waiting for their money.

Trolls may be more likely to appear when they think people are feeling vunerable. Hope that bigg and the gang will be about this evening to scare them away!

Still trying to make some sense of this...did anyone still missing a withdrawal made on the 7th or maybe early 8th receive a phone call or e-mail to say they were among the famous 5 per cent who'd have to wait a little longer?
They said at the time,anyone who DIDN'T receive one WOULD be paid straightaway(a week ago!),and most were I believe. So has anyone NOT contacted received a payment from a withdrawal made on the 7th,if you get my drift?

sorry I could not carry on updating the list, I have been advised by my GP to have some rest, as my blood pressure get high because of those KE/ING, so I stopped looking to the thread as it make me angry. and today again we still waiting for our money_pale_

Hi all - just got in and thought I would look in here and see party, but that is clearly not the case.

I am really sorry for everyone, I dont know what to say. If I were you, I would be gutted.

I have given ING the benefit of doubt until know, but this has finished any credibility they had left for me.

As I said yesterday this is an army of people fighting for justice and although the battle has been lost today, WE WILL JOINTLY WIN THE WAR.

Steepipe - glad you got yours, you sounded very upset yesterday - DO ING realise what they are doing to people????????

Need to get my head straight before posting further - will be back on here soon.
