    Exactly...........so is there any evidence that the missing ones have now been processed?
    Don't want to worry anyone any more than necessary....heavens knows they've had enough stress......but if we can at least establish that it's not just a coincidence that all the missing ones are pretty much between certain hours,it might then help us or Martin to approach them with something definite to work on if on Monday they don't show up again.
    We really do need to get to the bottom of this once and for all.

  • I can confirm, as promised, that the backlog of over 42,000 transactions have been paid out . Our customer telephone line has received 142 calls today from customers who had not received payments and each case is being investigated with the clearing and receiving bank.

    The phones lines on 08451 31 32 34 will be open over the weekend - Saturday 8am to 2pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm where staff will again be on hand to collect details of any further payments that have not been received so that we can investigate with the receiving banks on Monday.

    I was on the list earlier - but just confirming that, having checked justnow (7.26pm) - there's still nothing appeared in my Natwest A/c. PLease keep me on the list! Ta!

    Sadly no money for those waiting today from 7-9 October, myself included.

    Just got off the phone with KE on 08451 313234 and told that I would be added to the list for further investigation & contacted within 2 working days.

    I am also one of those who initiated a CHAPS transfer on 7 October for actioning on 8 October.

    Prior to this phone call with KE, there has been no phone call or email from them to say that I was one of the 5% of difficult cases that was mentioned by them over a week ago.

    To say that I am upset by this is an understatement.

    Hopefully next week will bring better cheer to us.

    Requested withdrawal by BACS late evening on 6th Oct, actioned/cleared from my account on 7th ~ still awaiting receipt of money ?? The 7th seems to have posed probs?:rolleyes: Various unsatisfactory contacts with KE/ING since last week - always told to wait and check destination account, allowing 1-2 days. Advised earlier today that all payments were being made by CHAPS - clearly not :cool: Background details eventually taken by Customer Service Assistant (KE) at around 6pm ~ she seemed to be checking specifics. I am to be contacted (by telephone) Mon/Tues next week with feedback.

  • Updated list of people awaiting transfers 7.30pm Oct 24th

    As of now hometune is taking over as ‘guardian’ of the list. Thanks hometune. It may not be until early tomorrow morning that I forward hometune info re dates, banks, bacs or chaps etc. For most people I don’t have details re amounts – I’m sure hometune will let you know if that info is going to be collated.

    I am so very sorry that so little money has appeared today.
    So far today 4 people have posted that they have received transfers – as far as I can see all these were moneys showing as transferred out of KE earlier this week.

    hometune has offered to take over as ‘guardian of the list’ with effect from the 7.30 post. I will be forwarding any info you have provided me with EXCEPT for details of amounts of money.

    Everybody viewing this thread, please check whether your name is on either list (whether or not you have already received your money).
    Please either post on the thread or PM hometune if you need adding or removing from these lists – do NOT edit the lists yourself

    KE veteran - life seemed so much simpler then!

    Hi all - I too have just phoned KE, got through to sympathetic person (Jane) who explained collation of a spreadsheet being sent to ING tonight of those awaiting money to appear in their destination a/cs. She also gave me the transaction ref for my 7/10 CHAPS request so at least I've got that now.

    Will keep on checking my Nwest online but not really hopeful for anything today. Will be expecting contact from ING in next 48 working hours...so that's TUESDAY then!:mad:
