    Still lurking and hoping for a speedy and successful end to this debacle. Good luck to all on bigg's (who deserves a medal for his efforts) list-can't be too long now!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think that’s called ‘passing the buck’.

    Please triple check that all your details are 100% correct, this seems to be a big issue with Citibank. Keep pestering the helpline. If you’re a thorn in their side, they may just sort your problem out to get rid of you.

    If I was still waiting after all this time, like you, I would be pulling my hair out by now. Try and get some proof that they are dealing with your case as a individual and not just being fobbed of with stock answers. Get them to tell you what the actual problem is.

    Can you log into your KE account and see your money in there? If you can, then I don’t understand how they can say your account details are wrong.

    It is ludicrous that people are still on the list from 7/10/08.

    Thanks Bigg, promised phone calls are not happening even from the MSE help line, I was even cut off yesterday after waiting 10 minutes. No response from Mr Hemmings. I've opened an official complaint with the FOS. Just had two "keeping me in the loop" calls which whilest were some consolation were no help in resolving the matter. I have even been accused that by ringing up I was stopping them working on the matter..........right!

    If they’re manning the helpline, that’s their job, working on the helpline. They’ve had 6 weeks to find your money, how long do they want?

    ING, if you are reading this forum: I could come to your HQ, with no prior knowledge of your system and sort the last 9 people on our list in a morning. You’ve got your finger on the button, why can’t you? You may just save the last fragment of your reputation. Delia would say ‘Come on let’s be ‘avin ya’

    Spot on.......it's not rocket science.Are ING completely without ANY professional training?

    YOU MUST HAVE BY NOW ALL YOU NEED, ING ,TO SORT THIS OUT INSTANTLY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO........SO WHY DON'T YOU FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE?

    You have all the details,the names,the sort codes and account numbers,what can you possibly be doing that takes SIX weeks to organise??
    This is sheer incompetence on an unbelievable scale.
    You are the subject of numerous complaints to the Financial authorities,and many,many more to come I can promise you,yet you continue to behave like total idiots.
