  • After three days of getting the run arround asked for the MSE helpline, got my money the same day. Great result and many thanks to all concerned.
  • This is really good news today, must be getting down to the last few now?

Received my cash back from Icesave today, the HM Treasury would have been better putting KE in the hands of the FSCS than ING, they have been a lot better organised! At least they seem to be keeping to their deadlines, unlike others.....no names (need to be) mentioned!

Let's hope we see the last name go today! My fingers are crossed for you.

Great result on the Icesave Ippy - Well done FSCA!

It really is pathetic that whoever is actually running the KE accounts still can't bring this sorry mess to a conclusion.......

Get your fingers out whoever you are!!!!

  • Thank goodness this is nearly over for all! Well done all those who received funds so far, I too thought this would have been done by now, I too got Icesave funds within days of receiving notification - why couldn't KE do it so well?

  • I have finally got my money.

I have still written to Mr Johan de Wit requesting compensation for the lost period.
  • So sorry to hear there are people still waiting for their money. Just a few more and we're there.
  • UPDATE: MONDAY 17TH NOVEMBER

Further to our update of Thursday 23rd October, we continue to experience difficulties with outgoing CHAPS and therefore have withdrawn this service until we can be satisfied that all issues have been identified and resolved. In the meantime all withdrawals will go via the BACS system; BACS transfers typically take three working days, and our cut off is at 2.00pm. Any withdrawal requests made after this time or on a weekend will not start until the following working day. We are continuing to work on interest refunds for customers affected by delays and these will be credited to accounts by the end of November.
