  • I just wish mine had been returned to KE, it could languish there 'till I got over this. It's been too long.

Still monitoring daily....good luck to those who, unbelievably, are STILL waiting.

Just heard ING/KE have cancelled their Xmas nativity play....finding THREE wise men has proved impossible!!

  • Hi
Tried to be put through to the MSE helpline but was forstalled and asked if it was about a payment in or out.

Apparently the MSE helpline is only for payments out and they aren't interested in dealing with payments in. The first guy I spoke to then took my details and said they'd get back to me but he couldn't say when.

Same thing they said when I phoned 2 weeks ago.

Still waiting for £900 payed in on the 8th of October. (Yes before I heard that there was anything going on in Iceland) I was quite relaxed about the whole thing for a couple of weeks but now I'm starting to get really p'd off.

  • Hi
Does anyone know what address to use when tracing Kapthing Edge payments?

The only one on their website is a PO box:

    Kaupthing Edge
    PO Box 9403
    Nottingham
    NG9 9DR

    Does this match their sortcodes?

    thanks
    Mike

I used this address when I had to send documents to get my linked account sort code changed. so, I would guess it's OK for you too. They do also have a freepost address which is just
    FREEPOST
    KAUPTHING EDGE
I didn't use this as I want to send my stuff recorded delivery.

You can also still ring KE on 08451 31 32 34 as this is a general help line, just don't mention MSE helpline.

Have tried to withdraw my money again today - apparently it should go through now according to MSE Helpline - hopefully will arrive in 3-4 days.
