The working days are Monday to Friday. If you initiated your transaction after 2pm you can add another day.
If you don’t have it by Thursday please let us know. Please let us know anyway, so we can see if the system is working.
When you re-post, please supply the following information:
When was the transfer initiated?
Type of transfer?
What was the destination back?
Did it arrive as a CHAPS?
Date of arrival?0 -
Has anyone tried paying in to their account?0

I had a large amount "disapear" into the system when this fiasco started, it took 18 days, but I recieved my cash, I thought I'd let the dust settle a bit then withdraw some more, so I withdrew some cash by BACS on the 12th November, not recieved it yet, also withdrew some today using BACS, will keep you posted as to what happens.0

New to this forum but have the same problem with Edge. Substantial sum not paid. Kaupthing helpline totally unhelpful got a number for Ernst Young, the administrators,waste of time, called ING no help. The toothless FSA think I "may have cause to complain". I see from previous posts that the money eventually turns up. I live in hope!!!0

You guys might be interested in my appalling dealings with Kaupthing in the last 7 days.
I tried to transfer out my substantial savings last Tuesday (11th Nov). I am still waiting for it to hit my bank account.
I have been fobbed off so many times by their call centre. I am completely fed - up. They dont know what has happened, blame the Adminsitrators and say they dont know what is going on.
What can I do
Morning folks, apologies for missing a few days. Will hopefully be able to spend some more time in support
