22 still waiting, I wonder if they will pay the interest at the higher rate to those waiting still as they have been unable to access THEIR money to be able to take advantage of getting in late on any fixed rate deals that are still available?
Some sort of deal should be put in place for them as it is no fault on THEIRS, that they still have not got THEIR CASH!

I don't know if it made the difference but if you haven't got you're money yet email Alastair Hemming. Maybe that is what finally got them to cough up.

Called FSA (0207 0661000) who advised me to make an official complaint to ING customer Services (0118 938 1865) they tried to pass me back to Kaupthing Edge. Stood my ground, and they took my details.

Recieved a call from KE Friday to say they had no news for me, recieved another call Monday (10th Nov) to say my money should be in the account that evening, at it was.

Some time back I followed the advice of *GREECIAN* and sent an e-mail to Maggie mills, at Ernst & Young. In fact i sent one to all the Directors on the Webb page. I gave my Name, address and Bank account No. (No security details)

I did not get a reply, but i got my money back last Tuesday 6th November.

I did however receive an e-mail from them yesterday. I also had a phone call from them yesterday evening. The guy introduced himself as from Ernst & Young and was ringing me to ask if i had received my money.

For those still waiting it may well be wise to contact them. they did at least follow it up.

Got 2 separate "chaps turned into bacs" transactions refunded the 2x£20. Have had bank charges (from Halifax) £35 directly resulting from cash flow due to their late process. After I rang them as I've sent them the evidence a week ago, they say the decision has gone to ING to decide whether to compensate me for this but it does not sound too likely that they will compensate anybody for resulting bank charges unless people make a big noise about it. I know I will, £35 is £35.!

I too have contacted ING as I was charged 2x £20 CHAPS fee, but only 1x £20 was refunded. They asked for evidence which I have supplied, but I have not had a reply since then. I will be writing again to complain about their ongoing poor service !

I have £55. This is my chaps refund. and one weeks % up to the dreaded 8/11 when all my money vanished :eek: I am leaving it put, hopefully the system will at some time pay me the three weeks % that i am owed.

Clearly people have had (and are still having) problems withdrawing money from KE, but has anyone else had trouble putting money IN to KE?

I made a transfer on 28 October from my linked account that has yet to arrive. I contacted KE last week who said my details had been passed onto Administration, but I've heard nothing since.
