Anyone still waiting for payments to appear in linked Citibank accounts should be aware that the correct sort code is 30-00-45 not 30-00-00. The only place you can spot this is if you read the small print in your paying in book. Unfortunately KE cannot change the sort code without proof of identity etc. If you think this is your problem, then contact KE and be prepared to send them bank statement, passport/driving licence copy and copy of paying in book specifying the correct sort code.0

Anyone viewing this thread who is not in receipt of their transfer, please check your name is on the list .
As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.

I want to update you all on an email I received today from Alison Hinds of the BBC - she was one of the contacts we were encouraged to email (can't recall who recommended it and it would take too long now for me to find but .... Well done to the (very) few who received monies today.
To all those who emailed their MPs and Alistair Darling - have you heard anything from them? As published I did get a second email from my MP's secretary to say that he had contacted the treasury minister and would let me know the reply - zilch. As for Darling - well absolutely nothing.
I feel that in support of the remaining guys and gals awaiting money, we must have another go. I will be sending more emails in the morning. If we all put pressure on, perhaps a few more will be out of purgatory! Let's go for it.0 -

Got my money yippie..
Had to do the following:-
Called FSA (0207 0661000) who advised me to make an official complaint to ING customer Services (0118 938 1865) they tried to pass me back to Kaupthing Edge. Stood my ground, and they took my details.
Recieved a call from KE Friday to say they had no news for me, recieved another call Monday (10th Nov) to say my money should be in the account that evening, at it was.
Thanks all on this site for your help and advice.0
