About 3 people received their money yesterday. 90+ are still waiting and getting the same old stock excuses from ING. 48 hours, spreadsheet, administrators, clearing bank, your money is safe and COB Friday.

One little piece of good news for some of us still waiting for our CHAPS refunds, we actually received them on 29th.

Hi Martin, welcome back. I transferred £32000 on night of the 7th (shows as the 8th on my statement.....no money, no email and no call. Have been phoning and phoning, keep being given assurances....but nothing happens. Anything you can do to help..........there are quite a few of us out here getting a bit desperate....as a pensioner am I supposed to exist on thin air and promises? :rolleyes:

CHAPS8/10 still not receieved

At least the situation got some air time........now we need to get it on ALL the networks!! I've had no response from the emails I sent out to the media yesterday..........

CHAPS fee reimbursed 27th.

Good morning all!
I shall be out all day today but expect to see a lot of positives when I return!

I'm not expecting my money until tomorrow but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of you!!

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as Greecian, withdrew over £30k on the 6th (says on the 7th on the statement), so far I've had absolutely nothing, no call, letter or even an email, I have also been charged by my bank for use of an unauthorised overdraft. As with many on here, when nothing turned up by this week, as requested I phoned them on the 27th, supposedly got added to their spreadsheet, assured I would hear something in 48 hours and guess what?... absolutely nothing...

As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.

Hello,

Just to let you know, I emailed my local MP arond 12midday yesterday afternoon and he responded via a letter today saying it is unacceptable the way ING have handled the case, and he will be investigating it on my behalf!

Keeping my fingers crossed for some more money action today!

Don't forget the earlier comment a couple of pages ago from one poster that KE staff told him they are watching this board and are getting miffed at some of the negative comments about them!!!

There's a story in today's Daily Mail about some guy who gave negative feedback following poor service he received from an Abbey call centre. Days later this guy found out that the call centre operator had taken personal offence over the matter, and set about causing absolute mayhem on his account.

It was fear of something like that happening to me that led me to be very cautious about what I said on this forum about KE and ING staff, even though I could tell straight away they are largely a bunch of useless toss-pots who fail to honour promises, and make up pathetic excuses for their inaction.

Having just spoken to them again, I was told that some people who are receiving call backs are now being promised money by Monday next week.
