Well, I think I may have caught up on my sleep; I've only been up for about an hour. I was lying in bed thinking how noisy the neighbours were being at this time in the morning, and then looked at the clock
So, today is officially a write off with nothing on the menu except reading and a bath. I may stretch myself by putting on a couple of loads of washing. You know all the bits that had fallen behind the laundry basket and the cleaner found them when she was here yesterday
I had forgotten I had most of them.:o
The weather has really changed here and the wind is whistling through the windows.
Hope everyone is as well as they can be.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

Thanks Suep
Well, I've managed to get up for church this morning and am now officially knackered! I have to get up with OH tomorrow though to drop him off at work so I can get to the docs in the afternoon, so hopefully it might help me get into a better routine. I'm excited about the new house but on tentahooks about finances, as the success of our being able to afford this house's rent depends on the remortgage deal OH is sorting for his&MIL2B's house (they currently have a joint mortgage but this remortgage deal will be just in his name and incorporate all the various loans involved so will bring down the monthly payments) which has been agreed "in principle" so hopefully it should all go through smoothly. I won't be relaxing til it's all gone through properly!
The antibiotics the GP granted me without audience seem to be helping...apart from the unpleasant side-effect of the unbalancing of the ol' good bacteria vs bad bacteria...The IBS has kicked off too. This never ever used to bother me up until last year. I suspect it's payback time for having pretty much 4 months worth of antibiotics when I first lost my job to this illness with 4 months of tonsilitis (which was not pleasant!)... Ah well. Appointment with the GP tomorrow so should be able to sort out everything. I still want to ask him about this brand of Amyonatrampoline that I was given cos I'm still not sleeping very well. I'd like to take the dose down a bit further too...maybe 15mgs and see how it goes...
Awww, Sharon, don't feel upset! Take advantage!I'm sure he'll give you something to moan at him for soon

BZ, totally understand about you not relaxing properly until everything is siigned, sealed and delivered. I was always like that about housing things. I'm sure everything will be OK, but it doesn't really halp with people saying that does it.
I always used to find that antibiotics made my IBS kicked in and I always used to get thrush too when I was on them. I did look for my packet of amy, but I've thrown it away when I decanted them into a pot so it's easier not to lose the odd half of one. Sorry.
Good luck to your OH for the first day of his new job - how exciting!
I couldn't work out why I was feeling so weak and shaky today until I realised that I've eaten very little in the last 3 days, so have just had a sarnie and am starting to feel a little better. The downside of sleeping so long is that I must have got low on fluid intake so cystitis is threatening. If I down a coupld of glasses of water, it should go though - fingers crossed.
Sharon, I have to say (through gritted teeth) I agree with BZ. He's bound to annoy you sooner or later - and probably sooner! I just think that it's lovely that he cares for you so much and, obviously understands how you feel and is making sure that it's teamwork rather than you trying to do things on your own. Would it help you to think of it as teamwork??
I'm going to have to throw some clothes on and go out to the car in a minute as I left the cat food in there when I shopped the other day. Booger.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

And don't worry about the Amy thing. I had a look on old and new packets and I was right, they are different brands (can't remember now what they are of course)...I shall discuss with Gp. Stupid thing is, by the time I've gotten an appt with GP I've nearly gone through the supply from the last script anyway!
He left a note on my antibiotics script saying why did I miss my appointment at Salford Royal? ...I wasn't even aware I'd had an appoint to miss!Might get my hands slapped tomorrow.

Oopsie. I suspect a lot of post went astray this Xmas.
He can't give you a hard time if you didn't know about the appointment.
I'm wondering if I should have had a cardiologist appointment as I've heard nothing since the heart monitor in, I think it was November.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

sharon im putting a ban on guiltin 2009 none of us are to feel any [strike]guilt[/strike] so what if other people do things for us? i am awful at feeling [strike]guilty[/strike] when anyone does anything for me but today i have ironed the weeks uniforms and the rest of the washing and made a meat and potato pie for tea and so dh made the kids wash up afterwards and i had to almost tie myself to the sofa to stop me going and taking over
but we do enough for other people so accept things when they are done

I still think you've done a bit too much raeh, on top of working. I really do wonder (as in awe) at how much you achieve. So that word should have no part in your vocabulary.
When the wind is from a certain direction here, it sends an eerie whistle through the windows which is quite loud. It's funny as the cat immediately goes on alert looking for the intruder who is making the awful noise. No rain here yet today and that makes a change for Cornwall!
I know you're right about the food thing - it's just been timing and circumstances and I end up getting to the point where I'm so hungry I don't want to eat. I promise to better tomorrow.
I have been sniggering loads tonight watching the QI extended version that I taped from yesterday.

Sharon do not feel gulity!!Atthebeginning of my illnesess(even with the cancer) I felt guilty and angry with my self that I couldn't do things. Then I wrote myself a big notice which said 'You are gulity of nothing!' and put it on my wall, eventually it worked!!
NONE of us are guilty of being ill, we DID NOT ask for this.:smileyheaMagenta0
