Morning, it must feel like almost bedtime again for you early risers.
Sharon, I sympathise with you about the sciatica pain, I thought I had sciatica for years, but my Rheumi says its sacroiliac joint pain which mimics sciatica ! it goes right down my leg and into my foot and is really bad today which is not good as I have my 18 month old g/d this afternoon, I just hope my D/H gets home from work early so he can help out. Every time I go to Hydro (Tuesdays ) it sets this pain off again, I did a 6 week course but now pay and go to an open session, Im seriously thinking of giving it up as its making things worse but Rheumis keen for me to keep it up. I have to go to pain management course tomorrow so I'll ask them for advice.

Hi, I haven't been around for ages as I ended up unable to sit, walk etc. I completely seized up. I was stuck with my back bent. I can walk really carefully again and I am feeling so much better. As we have so much snow I am not even thinking of trying to get out.
suep Each time I have physio or chiro treatment I seem to get worse again. I was doing hydro exercises every week but now can't get there, all advice to me sems to be to keep moving as much as possible, I usually go to the gym and walk on the treadmill each week too.

  • I did look at their FAQs, and according to them it's either because I haven't acccessed my account in the last 3 months (I have, I was there at the beginning of the week) or it's because my emails have been downloaded to another account (I don't have another hotmail account).
Oops, I'm an eejit. [It's okay folks, there's no need for you to trample on each other in the rush to agree with me.]

I seems that I do have more than one hotmail account, and yesterday (and for most of today) I was logged into the 'wrong' one. Interestingly, I don't remember opening the other account. I wonder how that happened then.

  • Doh! :D

Maybe it wasn't your account and you've just hacked into somebody_else's  ;)

  • You could very well be right. Well, if I have, they haven't got anything worth knowing about in their inbox. ;)

So you should be. I'm most offended.

Ah that's lame. I do the same thing. Sometimes I run through what I need to do, the day after, the night before (iyswim) and then I can't sleep for feeling like I should be doing them there and then.

pcl, Lita won't deign to step outside if it's wet. It's the only time she poohs in the litter tray.
The dogs are ridiculous when it's raining. Or especially cold. Buddy's even worse if it's windy as he's scared easily (daft thing). Funnily enough though, once you tell em to get their leads they're raring to get outside!

It's persisting down today and very cold again.

I can't carry a brolly when using my crutch(es), so have a rain hat (oh the glamour). I think I may get a motor for it so it rotates and parasol lights for underneath it for when it's dark. Should I go on Dragon's Den?
Ditto (on the rain and cold). I went to have my hair done (momentous occassion as not been chopped/coloured since Valentine's pressie from lovely OH!) today. Was fine when I went in, but of course when I came out it was teeming down, not just with rain - but hailstones as well!

You've all been quiet today. Everyone alright or are your brain's/fingers beginning to freeze? :p I thought I'd have loads to catch up on!

I've got another pasta bake in the oven (be amazed Cwta :D) while OH's tinkering with his washing and tidying and such. We're gonna bog off to Derby tonight to bro & SIL's for a chill out before OH starts his shifts at the hotel for over Christmas. :T

Well, the potatoes are cooking at the moment. I did a lot today (shopped, ironed, cleaned kitchen half-heartedly)and, as a result, have knackered myself, so it'll have to wait til tomorrow and I'll have cheese on toast tonight as it's easy. Thinking about it. I'll have to at least brown the mice tonight as it was reduced on it's use by date.

Also, now I've cooked the potatoes, I've gone off the thought of all food. So annoying when that happens and you're aware you need nutrition.

'fraid not, Im too common for that :p , but one of the ladies who goes to the same Hydro session as me talks like the queen, I get the giggles every time I hear her talk :D

She's not common at all ;). We've spoken on the phone and she has a very nice accent :D.
