  • i saw mention of frogs, my sisters cats love to bring frogs in, and poke them to make them squeal and jump. no idea where they all come form, there arent any ponds in the vicinity.

Cats are very resourceful! :) My ex's cat brought in a hedgehog once... his great white alsation then took it upon himself to baby it! Cradling it between his paws and being *very* protective of it!

  • aww thats sweet.

not ignoring everyone btw, just cant remember what i wanted to say. think im going to bed shortly.
  • Awww, animals is cute enuff to eat!

Mouse is firmly making itself at home behind bookcase and cat has been lured away with the Valerian which was delivered this morning.
She never reacts to catnip, but this is great stuff for her.

I don't get hoarse so much except for mornings, but I have a permanent dry mouth. despite carrying water round with me, I forget to drink it and then get the dehydration headaches.
In the evenings, I am never with my trusty glass of Ribena and Fizzy water and drink so much that I'm off to the loo ever half an hour or so. It's a few years since I've had it, but I used to suffer from chronic cystitis and I think this helps keep it at bay.

The dog is cute. He's a great gaurd dog too. He's my surrogate/foster dog. He loves me to bits and follows me wherever I go when I'm looking after him (I still have him when ex goes away) even just getting up from the couch for something! If I leave him in the house, even for 5mins to go to the car or the corner shop, he barks it down. It's ridiculous! Very sweet, but also frustrating cos I'm forever worried about the neighbours reactions...:o Doesn't help that if I'm looking after him I also have to go back and forth to ex's house to feed his cats every night...so I *have* to leave him anyway!

  • Sounds like the dog is suffering from separation anxiety, probably brought on by the change in house.
There are lots of ways to help with this that you can find on-line.

And I'm carp at guessing stuff, but it has to be sleepy?

    :o i immediately thought dopey

hello again, iv just been to tesco .... what a mistake that was  i thought instead of facing all the people earlier in the evening id go later and hopefully get some of the reduced stuff iv heard about hmmmmmmm baaaaad idea!!! there was hardly anything left on shelves - when you could reach the shelves, as they had trolleys everywhere ready to restock :( nothing reduced as well so obviously 9pm is too late? and as i took youngest son to push the troley it also cost me a large set of indiana jones lego [im a soft touch :o ] i spent £60 and im not even sure theres anything in the house to eat!!!

dont talk to me about frogs!! dh has a large koi pond and is obsessed about frogs at breeding time as they grab hold of the koi in the throes of passion and hold them down in the water til they drown  and yeah the cats poke them [well the big one does, the little addition hasnt been out of the house yet lol] and the dog is scared stiff of them

i used to donate blood and have my bronze badge :D even though i was too light they used to take it as im A neg and none of my meds way back mattered but for a while i kept being anaemic when they tested and now i cant donate anyway :(

ok iv had my cuppa and recovered from the supermarket so i will bid you all a restful night and sweet dreams xxx
