Have just checked and neither mine or my son's points have been added. Do we need to contact Tesco?0

I'm in the same boat, with null points. It would be interesting to know how many people have/ haven't had their points credited. (My balance was in my account at the end of November.)0 -

There were some 'complications' with my application though (existing customer, but given misinformation about their website changes in early October meaning existing customers were then excluded). Maybe that's why?0 -
Oxfox - both of our balances were in accounts before end November too.0

We have 2 accounts registered with one clubcard, and one lot of points credited. I called about this when the points appeared and was told it shouldn't be a problem with one clubcard, and that as the points weren't due until until February anyway, they would arrive in due course. He sounded pretty sure about this, but it would be interesting to hear if others get a similar answer...0

As I recall, the points were due to be credited in February 2009. Wasn't that the deal?0 -

Mine aren't appearing on my receipts or online yet. I rang about it and they were more surprised that some are able to view the bonus points on their receipts, as the bonus points were not due to be added until February.0
