Thanks to Martin and Dan, ING have posted on this thread and I appreciate that they have. I understand they must have had their difficulties, although their earlier lack of clear communication only made things worse.

Actually I was waiting for my money only received my transfer today! Chaps on the 8th. I notice you BACS transfers were later than this date so technically I have waited longer than yourselves! Im glad you will be reunited with your money Thursday/Friday! Just trying to get some closure on the CHAPS charges and lost interest so we dont all have to hang around and wait!
