Logging off now, yet again, I'll see you all tomorrow, if it doesn't come through by close of business tomorrow, I do not know what I will do, can't take another weekend of not knowing when I will be reunited with my cash. I just hope that the lack of funds not transferred today, is an all out push that they are getting them all ready to be done first thing. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT KEEP US WAITING UNTIL 4pm ..................please0

Perhaps Luke you could just change them to happy or sad smileys - mines a big
Bye0 -
sorry guys but even though any risk i'd personally consider to be low i've removed the 'mugshots'. i'd hate to be inadvertently aiding some sort of fraud attack on anyone in the future!
*sigh*
Sorry, I didn’t want to spoil anyone’s fun. I thought the mug shots were great (I’m in love with Hellyboo) but I am in retail and always plead poverty, so I didn’t put my pic up there because I don't want my customers to spot me and realize I had been lying.:D
If people are happy putting their faces up it’s ok, providing they don’t give their real name or any personal information, unless they are 100% sure of the recipient. I’m sure I’m teaching my grandmother to suck eggs, as you are in IT yourself.
I was just trying to be helpful and reminding people to be cautious.0 -

.... On the other hand this type of emergency takeover with the other office being shut down is unprecedented and in truth every time I've spoken to ING (which has been a lot this week) they have seemed and acted very keen to get peoples money sorted.

Thanks for your support Martin but when Santander took over B&B it was seamless. And that was a much bigger transfer, some £14 billion was given over to Santander from the FSCS via a loan from the Government. See :-

"All banks face huge increases in the levy they pay to the deposit lifeboat, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, after it borrowed £14 billion from the Government to underwrite Bradford & Bingley deposits transferred to Banco Santander."
This KE->ING transfer, in contrast, has been a disaster! (I'm unfortunate enough to have been a customer of KE, Icesave and B&B!)
To all those still waiting, hang in there for tomorrow!0 -

Absolutely agree. The worst thing is that no one knows where they stand in the queue, which cannot possibly be an orderly one since all sorts of peculiarities have been reported. As noted by others, there has been totally inadequate information on the nature of the problems they have faced. All we've told time and time again is "administrative issues". What an utterly pathetic excuse. The dimwits in ING and the Administrators should be shot for the agony they have heaped on a large number of people. As I said before, I'm out of ING and I intend to make my views known as widely as possible.0 -

Oh Ippy, you won't have to, I am sure of it. They would have medical bills to pay otherwise.
Sorry mugshots have gone but very cheekily had them on another tab so have screen dumped them into word document for posterity. We are history making after all.If you want to be rich, never, ever have kids0 -
