Sorry to hear that. What were the circumstances again? I'm a bit confused. I've flicked back over your post history but can't find anything about it. Do you mean that a house purchase (rather than a sale) fell through because you couldn't get the money up in time for the agreed completion date? I don't yet see how having money stuck in KE or Icesave would stop anyone from selling their house. Hope you don't mind me asking, thanks.

78 people have posted on October 22nd to say they have received money .
October 23rd
Today, so far 16 people have posted to say they have received money (as far as I can tell most of this is money into bank accounts yesterday or earlier).
There may be some people on this list who have already received money and so are not following this thread anymore. So - if you are on the list and haven’t posted since 5pm today – please can you either post or PM me as to whether or not you have received your money.
I will post a further update during this evening, splitting the list into 2 lists – one list of those people I am sure have not received money as of 5pm today AND one list of those people who haven’t confirmed one way or the other since 5pm.
Everybody viewing this thread, please check whether your name is on this list (whether or not you have already received your money).
Please either post on the thread or PM me if you need adding or removing from this list – do NOT edit the list yourself
Thanks

As requested I've refrained from sending 'chummy' messages all day, but I just wanted to say how disappointing today's been after yesterday's euphoria of the unexpected payments turning up.
To all my 'chums', please don't give up hope, your money will appear, and hopefully sooner rather than later.
Like others that are still here even after being reunited with our long-lost savings, I want to see EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU happy. I hate misery, it makes me want to sob in sympathy and I hate crying.
p.s. bigg have you seen my new atavar?CHAPS 8/10 received Halifax 20/10
BACS 18/11 (£30) (actioned 19/11) received CHAPS Halifax 21/11
BACS 24/11 (£50) (actioned 25/11) received Halifax 28/11

Just phoned KE for some clarification, and I suppose you experts knew this but I didnt.
I had a fixed term account and a savings account, on 7/10 I cancelled my fixed term account and also made a chaps transfer for my savings account to go to my linked account.
I noticed on Tuesday that my fixed term had gone into my savings account so now I had just one account.
I thought that total would now be sent to my linked account, as informed also by Alister Hemming........ but no I now have to transfer with a bacs/chaps back again into my linked account as told by KE just now.
Is anybody else out there with a similar predicament ?? Be back here in a mo just gonna do that on my KE account .
Silvergirl this was my earlier post, seems like we wll be here next week maybe the last ones standing see you there.0 -

update for 18-00hours and it's still only 17.44!!KE veteran - life seemed so much simpler then!0 - Backlog of Withdrawal Payments:

I'm still waiting for money to turn up into my KE account.
Provided the rate is still good it'll stay there for a bit.
I can understand peoples frustration, but reckon that ING have done the best they can with the resources they have.
Taking over thousands of accounts most of which seem to have BACS/CHAPS orders underway couldn't have been an easy undertaking..
Don't see that they've lied to anyone at this point, just perhaps some individuals made some rash promises that with hindsight they should have known better.
Chin up, the three of us doing Salmon impressions it seems.0 -

Fingers crossed on your pay out ;-)Non illigitamus carborundum!!0 - Backlog of Withdrawal Payments:

Still waiting for 34,000 BACS from the 7th. TBH I think ING have been terrible through all this. Yes, they had a big mess to sort out - but all it really needed was daily updates to keep everyone informed. Don't really expect to see any money before next week now.0

Ditto with the above, I'm sure by Friday 5pm the list will be smaller or possibly empty!0
