Have you tried contacting ING?

I have been with this from day one and I really feel they have the situation a lot more under control now. That’s 1000% better than I felt about it last week.

There must be exceptional circumstances why yours is still held up.

The latest ING announcement says that all transfers before 20th should now be paid.

Is anyone else still waiting for transfers from before 20th?

My update:

Both my husband and I had still some money tied in the KE bond, which up to yesterday was still in the bond. Today it appeared in KE savings and I have just processed it to transfer to my linked account. I suppose I shall have to wait for 3 business days to get it there.

I am irritated because I had asked for the bond to be transferred to my link account directly but they did not do it, presumably they want to keep hold of people's money for as long as possible.

Hi Caterina I did the same with my fixed term,thinking it would go into my linked account, should be there by Tuesday hopefully see you there.

Just logged back in with optimism. No joy. CHAPS 7/10 for £20K , left KE 7/10 hasnt arrived Barclays. Time for a glass of wine methinks...

Have been reading this thread(s) since the start wondering the best time to take my money out KE.
After a few got some money on Monday i did a BACS on around 2.50pm on Monday and it reached my link account today, RBS, between 4pm and 6pm.
Got the weirdest coding next to it, EBP, and the description OPC CONT PMT SUSP what ever that means.
Still wait i while before getting the rest of it out.

guys, just logged on and I'm gutted for you all. Keep your spirits up all of you. The message from ING is good news, lets just hope they live up to the promise and in good time for you all to transfer into something interest bearing for the week end.

I am rooting for you all, this is torture, no rhyme or reason for who gets paid just the luck of the draw.
