My work rate has suffered badly in last few weeks, if i didn't work for myself I'd have probably been sacked! Would I have got compensation for that??

I probably will be sacked. Should have delivered yesterday...and the subject is psychotherapy. V appropriate!
    CHAPS 7/10 £20K landed in Barclays 7/11:j
  • I'm like you Madre M in that I can't stop checking my a/c; 3 times already since 9.00am this morning. Am heading off for the weekend tomorrow lunchtime to a remote part of Donegal for what is supposed to be some R&R - what chance of that if the "Eagle" hasn't landed by then?
Again thanks to all for the great support, especially those who have been paid and have chosen not to walk away from those of us still in Purgatory!

I'm just starting a new business. The "Goodwill" with my suppliers has taken a hammering as I feed them what must sound like feeble excuses about why I have not paid them on time for my first deliveries.

I feel sick that the quality image I'm desperate to portray for my new business has been ruined by this.

I can only feel for all those of you still without your money.

I couldn't agree more, the ramifications of this are under estimated.
No more offshore banking for me

2 Chaps transfers for £35k each on the 9th both finally arrived yesterday.

I was charged £20 on each for CHAPS and no interest. What a b***** cheek. Guess that's the next battle.

Anyway thank you to Martin and all for the combined support. For those of you still waiting I hope it's not too long. I will keep checking until all are reunited with their money. ING will NEVER get any more business from me.

No sorry, your the first Heritable account holder i've seen on here. Hadn't even heard of Heritable before this sorry episode. Good luck.

  • My money finally arrived in my Cahoot account yesterday evening (CHAPS transfer 8/10 - £21K). Obviously I'm very relieved. They have deducted the CHAPS fee so I will join the fight for a refund of that - given the circumstances why didn't waive it at the point of transaction - all that will happen now is that they will be inundated with claims for refunds and won't be able to cope.

I am sure those still waiting will get their money soon - nobody deserves this treatment.

    Morning.
I got up all positive today, thinking when I bumped my computer into action - it would present me with a "You've Got Money" - alas no.
Same old story - account reading zilch!

Just to clarify - I requested a chaps on 7th, shown on KE account as 8th, did not receive the "5% email" or had a "courtesy phone call to advise me that I am one of those 5-10% people that didn't get paid last Friday. Incidentally, I didn't request a closure either.

Well, everyone around me are now say that the stress has got to me and have taken pity and they are taking me out for lunch today, hopefully I will have an appetite for eating something. ING/KE you should go into the slimming business if all else fails - I have lost over 9lb since all this started.

So bye for now, hope to log back on late afternoon to see some more success stories and a big "YOU'VE GOT MONEY" from my bank account.
Hi Ippylady. We're all here rooting for you and the others still waiting. The money really started flowing after lunch yesterday, so hopefully there'll be lots of smiling faces here in a couple of hours.
CHAPS to Natwest: sent 9/10, RECEIVED 22/10 at 16.35
