At last! My final £900 (minus £20 so £880) arrived in my linked account.

So that means that not only has this taken two weeks to be processed but they've taken two lots of £20 for this!!!! They deducted £920 in total when it left KE but have only given me back £880. £40 for a two week process. Yeah it doesn't get any better. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Had 35k in KE. Was trying to keep cool and wait for things to settle down but cracked on Monday morning (20th Oct) and requested a CHAPS transfer for £34,980. The full amount has just arrived in my Lloyds linked account. I was sent an email earlier today stating that administrators at KE hope to have money to me by Friday so all keep your chins up and keep checking those accounts. Good Luck to all.

It is there!!!! The money have arrived!!!!! And they didn't take the £20 off at Nationwide end, just the £20 from KE balance. Will be requesting that back, as it took more than 24 hours for transfer.
