To all who are yet to receive their missing CHAPS money - we're with you (i was lucky enough to finally get the money into my linked account on Monday). Hope this gets resolved for everyone today.

I must say this forum has kept me sane through the uncertain period, just knowing there are others out there either sharing your issues or at least aware of it and willing to help.

I still have a lump sum in my existing KE/ING amount which I didn't transfer, will need to do something about that too soon, but very wary of doing anything at the moment until all the existing issues are truely resolved...

nqtraderman - I am in the same situation. I am waiting another week at least before I attempt any transfers, otherwise we will add to the problems we are already having

I'm still here too, but also taking a back seat, I was one of the naughty ones last night having a bit of a laugh, I have apologised for clogging the thread. Anyhow, all the best and really hope your money is through by Friday.

CHAPS from 8th October has arrived in my account today - minus the £20 fee you pay for instant access. Fingers crossed for everyone else - looks like the wait will be over soon.

Now I have got my money out of KE except for a couple of hundred pounds, I will be closing ALL my accounts with ING.
They have no idea of customer service and in this day and age of emails this is not acceptable at all.

If they had kept us all informed most of us would not have requested any withdrawals knowing our money was safe.

Instead Ing patronised us with people telling us wrongly different things, and at our cost with the phone calls!

I say put your money in a UK bank or under the bed :mad:

I got my money £35k on Friday past, which was requested on 7/10.

I have actually sent some money (£5K) back to KE!!! ...... You see I have a feeling that ING are honorable and are just having problems of logistics which is delaying payments for some. That might sound like cold comfort to those who are still waiting, but I do think that with a little more patience everyone will be smiling again.

Has anybody else sent money back into their KE account?
