Just checked and my money has also arrived from KE. I'm one of the few who will be leaving some money in ING, at least until their rates start to plummet.

Congratulations for all who received their money!!! Never mind the extra £20 - we will get on to that one as well. And the lost interest.

I just checked my Nationwide account and Monday's transfer is still not here. A bit more patience required...

I've just been told by one of the administrators that Ing is the first step for complaints.. She then advised me to ring Ke customer services. The mind boggles!

Much happiness for me - as husbands and my Chaps from 7th both of £xxk are in our Smile account :-) - been away from PC and only just logged in, had time to do so once first thing today and it wasn't theret hen. SO GREAT to hear of others good news too and I'm still very keen to know everyone else gets there £ asap. Great community - Thanks all !

Hooooray, 2 payments requested by BACS on 12th and 13th October for 45k each have just arrived AND WE RECEIVED THE "5% EMAIL"

Just logged into HSBC account and it is there!! I am sure many others will have credits this afternoon so keep checking - thanks to all for keeping me sane over the past week. Just hang in there.

Just checked my account and found that my money has arrived. CHAPS request on 8th, left my account on 9th. Oddly, not only did they deduct £20 from my Kaupthing account they also deducted it from the transferred money - ie it arrived £20 short. So I was charged £40 to transfer it on the day, a service they singularly failed to perform.

Thank you so very much to everyone on this forum for all of their wise words, uplifting humour and support. Like everyone else, I will not stop looking in until every single person has their money back. I know how much that meant to me when it appeared that I was becoming a part of an ever decreasing minority. Now's the most important time to support anyone else who's left.

My £13K has arrived too this afternoon which is a major relief :beer:

On top of the £20 original fee a further £20 has been deducted as well as 2 weeks of missing interest.

This money is now statying in the UK....

Just putting this on to say that whoever said before that payments are still coming through was RIGHT, wasn't there at lunchtime but just all my cash is here.

I did 2 separate CHAPS 6th and 9th and they have both come together. I'm staying glued to here for the rest of you guys and I'll gladly contribute to a fighting fund to anyone who doesn't get paid out.

I'm sure I can speak for everyone else to say that this last 3 weeks has been a nightmare. I'm so grateful for everyones support and I'll keep on giving what support I can give to all those still waiting.

Got a good feeling about us all now!
