Get in get in get in.
CHAPS payment on Tuesday 7th October AM from KE arrived in Natwest some time in the last few hours (minus £20 for the CHAPS charge).
Hope the rest of you get yours soon. Will certainly be looking to get that £20 back!:T0 -
Well done Janey - Congratulations ;-)
Mine's in today too! £30430 into HSBC. I'm surprised the neighbours haven't reported me to the noise abatement police! What a relief - but the cheeky whatsits have taken the CHAPS fee! Will wait for the dust to settle and everyone else to get their money before I make an application for loss of interest and fee refund. I guess that, apart from pretty poor communications with all those affected, ING have been honourable so far. I'm sure they must be working to someone else's tune ie the Administrators. I'll alter my 'vote' if I can figure out how. Thanks to everyone for making me realise I was nowhere near on my own. Will keep adding my voice over the next few days so that pressure remains on to get all monies returned.:j0 -
Congratulations to all you lucky people! While mine hasn't arrived yet, seeing all your posts has encouraged me and eased the panic in me somewhat. Thank you for not forgetting us lesser unfortunates.0

Totally amazed, my CHAPS from 7-10 has just arrived, in last hour, into my LTSB account without a secondary CHAPS fee. And it was transfered by CHAPS, only 15 days that "immediate" transfer took!!
I really did think I'd be the last, so there is hope for all, hang on in there, they appear to be sticking to the word this time.
Will still stay on this discussion like others for moral support!0 -
We all stuck together over the past 2 weeks, that aint gonna change now!0

My money has just arrived, CHAP'd out 1430 on Tuesday 7th to Lloyds
Now where is the Icesave thread? Onward and upward!!!!!!!!0 -
Hi all,
Two days before KE went belly up I went into my account to move some money out but when I saw the new T&Cs with the novation clause I decided to close my account and term deposit - which had to be done by phone. I spoke to Arran White at KE -I always try to get a name and he set the process in motion, saying it would be 2 days to close the term deposit and then a BACs transfer would take a few more days. Later that week I went into my account - the T&C agreement had disappeared and found it still active. I transferred a small amount just as a test.
Following week nothing had arrived so I called KE(ING) and spoke to Hazel Pollard who after a lot of insistence said my account was one of the few manual ones taking longer as it was a closure.
Today the small amount I transferred has arrived but no sign of the rest.
I notice that the T&Cs with the novation clause has reappeared and that you cant access your account unless you agree a set of T&Cs that were written in June way before the bank transferred - and it still has that worrying novation clause.
It is disgraceful that I haven't had my money and that I would need to sign up to new T&Cs to even look at and check my account - Is anyone else in this boat?
Any advice gratefully received0 -
