Has anybody seen my vacuum cleaner's crevice tool?

I'm just commenting... (suggest you keep an eye on justamum though, she's plotting :rotfl: )...

... I think your vacuum cleaner's crevice tool is in my garage... want me to drop it in when I go to Leeds on the 18th/19th ish? I thought I might take my spare kitchen sink & kitchen units for Pigpen at the same time ;)

I've just had what I THINK might be a vaguely innappropriate email from a colleague :o I'd be quite flattered if it wasn't for the fact that I'm pretty sure he's married!

Found dates for the star signs to clear up any confusion.

I'm Taurus and hubby is Scorpio, and we are both really stubborn!

  • Afternoon all.
Hugs to the poorlies (there seem to be rather a lot at the moment:eek:)

Since we are discussing star signs are there any other Sagittarians out there?
Every description I have seen stresses
    Adventurous - NOT
    Sport loving - NOT
    Outdoors loving - NOT

I don't seem to have a single Sagi attribute.

    (I'm also a wood rooster)

Well doing fab so far, really pleased with my progress, buzzing on coffee I think as my pods bins full :o kitchen to finish but looks better so far, decluttering gone mad I think.

**stamps feet** waiting for the DW to finish so I can empty and get the next load in. HHC 2.20-2.50 I think to finish that off, bit of a weird time but means I finish just before I need to walk to get DS2 from school
One day I might be more organised...........

I did consider jumping up and down waving my arms about at this...if it were any other than Valli Id be tempted (but I need a mum to dress me and cry into my bouquet:p )
    Still...Tom, I am the QUEEN of cakes:D
Just said good bye to my guests...DS bawled his eyes out at the idea of them leaving poor thing. Also emptied at least one suitcase...even got shot of some summer stuff as one of them is going back to SA for christmas. Chatted to them about a cookie swap party too, they seemed keen so I really hope to see them again. They really are lovely.
I have found my first problem with being a flylady...my house was so clean they wanted to wash their coffee cups before they left:eek:
Ignoring DS now (he's on the couch playing with blankie-Im hoping he'll have a nap as he's been up since 5 and is a bit niggly. He really is a little entertainer.

Think I might curl up on the couch with my ideal homes complete guide to christmas whilst I wait for Beth to arrive.

ETA Justamum you've made me cry!!!I wanted to get married in white river, our first holiday home was a piece of land my dad bought with a tent pitched on it just near the banks of the river, I went to school in Middelburg (about 20 minutes away) so my dad used to fetch us from hostel to spend the week end. We built a small chalet on it later, and much later donating it to our house help as a wedding gift as they lived in a shack nearby and had a baby soon after-they still live there.
