I didnt know that we were struggling this badly. Its been fine for me and I thought the problems we had were sorted. I've already agreed to more servers and they should be coming online soon. I will speak to the team.
Sorry
Martin
Given that this is the Feedback Board and you hadn't been made aware of the problems people who've posted have been highlighting for two weeks, you may wish to review and refresh feedback systems. Clearly a problem like this that hasn't been on your radar demonstrates faultlines in feedback.
The primary job for any website is to be accessible, not least for those on their first visit.
I'm not suggesting this site should replicate the speed of Google, but the ITC industry knows full well the speeds that users can live with and those that exasperate them so they turn to another website......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

OK folks, we've made a change this morning we hope will improve the situation (it will certainly change the behaviour of how the system runs behind the scenes). Please let us know if anything changes for you after midday today.

This post took 5 seconds to appear, an improvement but the real test will be this evening when far more people are browsing the site......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Not for me, it's still the same wait before page loads. I've waited for this page to load for 5 minutes.0 -
